I had a FRG-7700 (Gilfer filter modifications) and the memory unit, with the FRT-7700. It was a nice radio. I bought it in 1982 when I
got back into DXing.

Check eBay.
But in the last year, I think I have seen one Memory Unit MU-7700
listed. It was 'New in the Box' and Bid Out at ~$200.
.
In that same time frame there have been about 2-3 FRG-7700s with the
Memory Unit MU-7700 Option 'installed'. It may be easier to Buy the
FRG with the Memory Unit 'installed' and then decide witch of the two
FRG-7700s is the best radio and put the MU-7700 in it.
