IS IT LEGAL ? - When Barack 'Hussein' Obama takes the
Oath-of-Office as the US President will he use his full Legal
Name : Barack 'Hussein' Obama
-or- simply say : Barack Obama
-and- Will it be Legal and Constitutional
by omitting the Middle Name "Hussein" ?
