Terry Norman, an FBI informant, was claimed to have fired the first
shot. That's like the missing compound door evidence at Waco.

You can't expect more from the gun toting government android than from
the politicians. They all appear to be lying *ssholes.

Some of the students who were shot were protesting the American
invasion of Cambodia, which President Richard Nixon announced in a
television address on April 30. However, other students who were shot
were merely walking nearby or observing the protest at a distance.[6]

BarnegatDX,

Simply that the National Guardsmen 'paniced' as a result
of the Protester's {Rioters} Aggressive Actions.

-fwiw- I was setting in a SF Bay Area "JC" Class Room
when it happen and news closed down the school for
the day.

This was not a 'planned' Action -but- it could have been
predicted as a potential outcome of placing these Ohio
National Guardsmen who were Un-Trained for Urban
Crowd and Riot Control in this Critical set of conditions.

Urban Riot Police Trained and Skilled in Protest and
Crowd Control should have been used and drawn from
varrious Cities in the State of Ohio to deal with the
Protesters {Rioters} .

The 'panic' of the National Guardsmen resulted in what
was Indiscriminate Shooting and the Accidental Deaths.

Today the Next Generation of Protesters {Rioters}
come with Filled Backpacks and Masks :

Ready to Do War On Society and Battle with the Police.

Please is right. looks like i kicked a bees nest. Roy loves to
pick on the Clintons. as i remember, he voted for the bush-crime-
family. so, i expect nothing less from him. i'm not throwing stones
here, just put out a reminder for the Kent State shootings. they
panicked is a poor excuse for the dead. i sure don't want them
next to me in combat. but, believe what you want; the neocoms have
a way of changing history. if you tell the lie enough times people
want to believe it. just ask bush.

Yes, old Rhodes was a POS, wasn't he?

My sister's ex boyfriend was at Kent, walking along, minding his own
business, when the shooting started. A bullet missed him by about a
foot, and he was very shaken up. Even more so when he found out he knew
one of the victims.

The whole thing was a disaster. An even bigger one was that nobody went

KENT STATE : WHO WHEN TO JAIL ?
http://www.may41970.com/trials.htm
In September 1970, 24 Students and one Faculty Member
were Indicted on Charges connected with the May 4
Demonstration; or the ROTC Building Fire 3-Days before.

THE CRIME THAT WAS KENT STATE 4 MAY 1970
The real "Crime" was putting the wrong people;
in the wrong place; at the wrong time.

The National Guardsmen should not have to 'pay' for the
Mistakes of those above them. Starting with the Governor,
the Mayor and the National Guard Officers who lead them.

But Then Again -if- the National Guardsmen were not
Trained in Civilian Protest Crowd Monitoring and Urban
Riot Control : Then most likely their Line Officers were
also lacking in this Specific type of Mission Training.
