Darth is Back
the plea will be guilty to avoid
jail time.. of course.
chances are probation.. not that bad
really.
best part tho... is entire collection
of 12000 audios.. and 7000 videos
is going to be at the rock and roll hall
of fame in cleveland. they found out
about the collection.. and they want it.
a massive amount of the stuff is one
of a kind..and in some rare cases..
two or three of a kind.
some of it has never seen the light of
day.. and no one even knows that it
exists. seriously.. there are some
things i never let out.. and never shared
and no one knew that it existed.
not even the artists themselves. not sure
if my name will be associated with the
collection.. but if it becomes accessible
to the public.. there are things there that
are nothing short of mindboggling.
not only music either.. theres 1000s and
1000s of specials tv shows.. sci fi and horror
films.. interviews profiles.. documentaries etc.
tons and tons of tv series in completion that
were collected for 23 years.
if u happen to visit the hall of fame.. and
hear or see anything about this collection..
let me know.. id love to know more about
it.. and its not likely ill ever go there.
so anyway... wish me luck...
for those of u.. who dont know whats going
on... i was busted in july for selling bootlegs
on video and pled not guilty.. didnt do any
real time.. but have been awaiting trial.
i wont try this case.. i could win it with
some serious motions about the ridiculousness
of the charges.. but apparently im the first
one ever in ohio and essentially the first
one ever in the usa.. charged with this sort of
thing. i really could win this.. but that could
take years.. and better lawyers than i have..
haha.. and i would rather just get the whole
thing over with.. if u know what i mean.
1-3 yrs probation isnt so bad.. its not like i
do drugs or drink really. and i am not a real
threat to society. i didnt twist anyones arm
to buy a tape.. haha..
i may actually start collecting again. but i
guess sellings out.... lol
