it's not on warp, it's on skam, but i just had to mention it because

Is this a Darrel Fitton pseudonym? I'd love to get this.

I've just ordered about 6 Skam 12-inches -- cross-fingers that they
haven't been deleted or anything. For the record, it's 5 Gescom EPs
(EP2, EP3, Sounds of Machines our Parents Used, Motor and Keynell) and 1
Boards of Canada EP (High Scores).

Heres my 5 anyway, in no particular order

Aphex Twin "Selected Ambient Works 2" (fave LP ever)
Red Snapper "Prince Blimey"
Autechre "Bass Cadet EP" (the three 10"'s)
Seefeel "Succour"
Sympletic "At long last" (only out recently but excellent)

nope. Fitton is BOLA.
'nobody' knows who Jega is. or at least nobody's telling!

that's odd - seeing as how two of those 5 Gescom 12"s aren't on Skam.
_Sounds..._ is VERY out of print and *was* on Clear.
_Motor_ may-or-may-not-be an o-o-p title on Germany's Source Records.

the Boards of Canada 12" is amazing.

Skams 2 date:

1 - ?
2 - Gescom1
3 - Gescom2
4 - Freeform
5 - Bola
6 - Jega
7 - Gescom - Key Nell
8 - Boards of Canada

GuerillaG2-G4/
np: Sufi/Boymerang - "River"
(Sutton is still a genius)

Oops, got a bit carried away there. I was just at work (Virgin
Megastore) and doing a search on the computer for all things
Skam/Autechre/Gescom related, ordering as much as I could.

Whether or not I get everything is another matter, but you can't knock a
guy for trying!

<trainspot>
Sounds of Machines Our Parents Used is actually a Clear recording, and the Motor
EP was released on Source.
</trainspot>

I rarely dismiss anything as being bad here on USENET, but Gescom 2 is total
crap. Compared to anything else Booth+Brown have done, this is a total pisstake.

Wow ! Could you tell me if he has done an album under the name "Bola" ?
I really loved Blipsalt on AI2 - is there anything like this around ? I
really love that AI stuff, would love to hear a couple more leads ! Mark.
