Goodbye fellow riders,
my rides were stolen from my very own garage on sunday and having no
comprehensive for yzf I won't have any money to buy a replacement
soon.

Take the rubber part down and the bike securely chained to a fixture
reliably moored to your garage floor.

You mean the good samaritan who took it would locate the stock
pipe and bolt it back on just to keep me from whining to the group?

Sorry about the misfortune.

Post info on your local craigslist, both rants and raves and motorcycles.
The community may be able to help, or at least make it more difficult to
sell / pawn your bikes for parts.

If this were ukrm, I'd say, "move to a less pikey neighborhood".

Hey, the Fed just lowered interest rates and the economy needs a kick start,
buy a new bike?

If it's parted out, I'd guess eBay rather than craigslist. Worth
a look for any distinctive bits maybe. A whole bike, I'd look
craigslist for your own and any nearby areas.

You might be able to write the loss off as a tax deduction,
for whatever that's worth.

Or attempt to purchase a fire and theft rider to your
liability policy.
