I'm wondering what you guys find works best for soaking and cleaning gummed
up carb parts.

I'm currently using Dunk and it seems to work OK, but I'm wondering if
there's something a little stronger.

Gunk makes a good carb cleaner. Soaking it in a minersl spirits filled parts
washer will work too.

Careful if there's any nylon parts in the carb. Gunk will eat them up.

Yamaha Carb cleaner works Awesome! (you can get it in a spray can or larger
container) just soak it over night. Will eat off the nastiest grime, skunky
gas, what have you.

If you can get your hands on some toluene, it works real well. Don't bathe in
it though, it is a carcinogen.

Hey,

Just be careful with the stuff. The label on my carb cleaner said it
can de-fat skin. I read the label after wondering why my hands hurt.
Trust me, you don't want to de-fat your hands. It hurts.
