Can a vampire gain from perfectionist after calling Eldest Command
Undeath?

If they don't, then what happens if they Freak Drive afterwards and
perform another action that fulfills the conditions of perfectionist?

Thanking you in advance.
Val.

No. The blood goes to the bank instead.

Nothing. Perfectionist only works once per turn.

Q: Do you get to choose when you use Perfectionist? So in the case
above, you would not use it with Eldest, but then use it on the second
action?

No. Card text offers no optional-sounding phrase.
