[LSJ] Pochtli, Sargon Fragment, Summon Soul & Whispers from the Dead

All those cards allow you to retreive one or more cards from your ash
heap. However none of them says explicitly that those chosen cards must
be shown to all players. Must they be shown to all players? or, since
ash heaps are public there is no need to make that explicit on those
cards' texts, and anyone can have a look at them?.

[NEC] Remove this card from the game and move up to 2 cards from your

Cost: 1 blood
Discipline: Necromancy
[nec] Move a library card from your ash heap to your hand. Discard down
to your maximum hand size afterward.

Two things:

1) All the cards below target the card(s) retrieved. These targets must
be announced, just like a Bum's Rush target.

2) Even without (1), the ashheap is public information (as you point out)
and a simple before-and-after comparison will reveal the targets anyway,
so there's no reason not to announce the targets anyway, to save time and
aggravation.

I know that for all of these cards (plus Carlotta's ability), you have to
announce the card you're retrieving. In the case of Carlotta (which using the
word "exchange") do you also have to announce the card you're exchanging for
the card you're getting in the ash heap?
