the top of your library. Then discard three cards at random from your
hand (and draw up to your hand size afterward).

When you announce the action, do you also announce:
- which cards you are going to choose?
- in which order you are going to put them on top of your library?
(this might have an effect if your library is empty and your hand is
not full)

You announce both, the second usually will not matter, but when it
does, you should announce it.
