Vampire A plays Carrion Crows and as his strike he chooses Aid from
bats. He manevour to long. Vampire B (with superior FOR) strikes hands.
In strike resolution Vampire B takes 2 env dmg (via Carrion Crows) and
1 strike dmg. Can he play a single Soak at superior to prevent 3 dmg?
Even if 2 dmg is from one source and 1 dmg is from another source?

Sure. As long as a regular strike is not made with First Strike, it can be
prevented in one chunk with any environmental damage suffered during the
same strike resolution.
