Broccoli Rice Casserole

1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
3 tablespoons butter
2 cups rice, cooked
1/2 cup milk
1 jar of Cheese Whiz
1 bunch of broccoli
1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup

Steam broccoli and chop into pieces. Make rice or use leftover rice. Saute
the onion and celery in the butter till soft. Mix the can of soup, milk, and
1/2 jar of cheese whiz together.
Add the broccoli, onion-celery mixture and the rice. Pour all into an
oven-proof dish. Pour or spread the other 1/2 of the jar of Cheese Whiz over
top of casserole.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. (The jar of Cheese Whiz is easier to
spread if you put the jar in the microwave for half a minute at a time to
soften. Take lid off first.)
