yes she's on dope, to the non-believers. Canada will have nothing to do
with her.

Uhhh Duh, Squeaky clean Jeanson, say it ain't so. Maybe she should move to
Europe next year and start over. That's where the big girls race anyway.

Anyone besides me think this whole thing is really sad. Considering how young
she was tapped by Abut, and the rumors surrounding the situation I really feel
sorry for her. Whether she is doping or not, I'm not sure that she is in a
position to make good decisions for herself.
I'm not on the inside on this but I have seen kids with talent exploited for
all they were worth. I'm not sure that this isn't a really extreme case of a
fragile kid being badly used.
Just my wild blathering.

Mea culpa. She failed to test which counts as a positive. But really, she
never actually got "caught."

I thought I made it clear that I, at least was not passing judgement on the
doping issue because I don't know. Google doesn't have this thread up yet so I
can't confirm whether I put that part in or my mind was ahead of my typing, yet
again, but I thought I did.
Doping aside, I still think that she has been badly advised, used and taken
advantage of.

I wasn't commenting on your passing judgment or not. Maybe she's been using
Andre's urine all this time. GJ needs to get away from Andre, big time.
Question, where are her parents in all of this?

Actually, Manon Jutras is a much nicer person than GJ from what I saw of her
at Cloudsplitter. Good that she's made the team and she'll do a good job
supporting L.B.

I'm not sure that she's nicer, but she is definitely more approachable. She's
had a great year, is squeaky clean, and a nice person.
Has the course been announced yet? If so, is it selective to give Lyne a shot,
or is it a pack sprint special?
Hell if both Lyne and LVM win gold, Bruce and I will have to throw and RBR
party.

More about Aubut.
A quote from the article that amused me and seems to be on target.
"It surely qualifies as a new low, even for Aubut, a
gym-teacher-turned-cycling-Svengali who is disliked for his arrogant and
aggressive manner, as well as the influence he wields over Jeanson, a great
talent in danger of going off the rails."

How do you know whether or not "Man-on-Juice" is clean or not?

Yeah, Lynn, I can't take anything away from her as she has worked so hard
and she been winning all over the map. It's a shame that her and Jeanson had
a fallout. I blame Andrew now too from I have been reading. Spitting is over
the top and Jeanson should see the handwriting on the wall. It only confirms
what I have learned from some others who had real life encounters. I know
someone who tried to approach Jeanson to get some photos and Andre was
extremely protective. It's true that what others have said that he molded
her career and she can attribute many wins to his coaching but the antics
about Andrew locking Jeanson in the dungeon is coming full circle now. I
mean I think she needs to cut and run. Lick her wombs and start over next
year. She should move to Europe where the big girls are, IMO. There is
nothing but heartache in Canada. I lost some faith in LZ, but all is not
lost. Maybe she can still put out a medal. Don't forget Faby too if you want
a real party. I think a gold would be nice for someone who just finish 2nd
in the Giro and has won the darn thing 4 times! Also Freedman had plenty of
problems this year with her DNF's but I think I read somewhere she just won
something. Anyway riding for Israel? I haven't been keeping up with her but
she is a very long story. Freedman is not really a contender anyway.
Melchers is the one to watch in the road race. Her blood is boiling for a
win!!!!

Yes Henry I should have inserted the word "comparatively" in there as that was
what I was thinking. No, I haven't heard rumors about her, but I haven't done
much this year yet. I would expect anyone surrounding Jeanson to be spalshed
with some of the same accusations. How does anyone who rode for Festina prove
they were clean, if any were?
Contrary to what some people keep trying to tell us I'm not convinced that
everyone out there is doping. I'm also going to give them the benefit of the
doubt until they change my mind.
