Angel is my all time favorite. Loved her girl-next-door prettiness.
I thought she looked great throughout her career, but she kind of
screwed up her hair towards the end. I thought she should have
remained a brunette.
I saw her at a street fair in the early 90s (must of been just after
she retired). She was on the arm of an older guy. BTW, she looked
great (she was a brunette again, tall, thin, in cute little Dolphin
shorts) I imagine she found a sugar-daddy. In my fantasy, she's now
one of those hot soccer moms.

Howard, but that a lot of other people took advantage of her, including
producers and directors. He doesn't go into any more detail than that.
If you've never read Butler's autobiography, its got lots of
interesting tidbits on Tracy Adams, Barbara Dare Mai Lin, Janette
Littledove, Colleen Applegate, Seka, Ron Jeremy, and a bunch of the
classic 80s porn stars.. He talks about what they were actually like and
what they were like to work with.. the book is interesting. It doesn't
seem like there would be any reason to lie in the book, so I assume its
genuine. I got my copy at a used bookstore, I think its out of print-but
I'm sure its probably available online somewhere...

Or you could look for it at a library. I borrowed a copy from the
Library for the Performing Arts at Lincoln Center, where it was
shelved in the film section, naturally enough.
I enjoyed reading it, but it is opinionated. I couldn't believe what
he said about Traci Lords, that she didn't move or feel while making
x-rated films. If she didn't move or feel, she really deserved Oscars
for her performances and truly _must_ be the best actor/actress in
x-rated films _ever_.

##############You are right, the book is a bit of a fun read.
However, a number of industry people have claimed it is a bunch of
lies strung together. What is true and false, I dunno. Some of the
industry folks here in the group might help.
I thought she was a spectacular beauty but couldn't detect any acting
ability. I remember a scene of her with Peter North doggy style.
When he came he blasted a few shots over her shoulder and she laughed.
