Trunk Bag for Nitto Rear Campee/Camper?

Hello all,
I'm loving this Rear Campee rack with removable pannier supports. I've
been using bungies to secure small items to the top for my commutes
with pannier supports removed to keep the bike light and tidy. I would
like to get a small trunk bag but Riv's smallest SackVille recommends
5" between rails whereas the top of this Campee is no more than
4" (10" L). Will it still work? Any other recommendations? Any other
owners of this rack who've found a good trunkbag-like solution. I
would consider a Lil Loafer too but no longer in stock. If anyone has
a tiny trunkbag for sale, I'm in the market.

BTW, I do have a Carradice saddlebag, which works great, but it's way
too large for commuting.
