R-SPEC Movie Event - 'John Carter' Opening This Weekend

Lissen up, all you closet or not-so-closeted Barsoomians: John Carter [of Mars] opens in theaters this weekend. 

We thought it would be fun to get folks together for the show. 

We were thinking of getting together for the 4pm show on Saturday at Pittsford Plaza, and maybe going on for dinner somewhere -- probably Applebees, since that's right there. 

How many folks would be interested? Anyone have other ideas?

OK, so to recap, we'll meet for the 4pm show at Pittsford Plaza. Since it's opening weekend, we should probably just go in and save seats as soon as we get there. We're 5 so far -- anyone else who wants a seat saved, pipe up ;-). 

Donald, I wear no distinctive clothing, but I'm somewhat tall and have blond hair & glasses, my wife is somewhat shorter and has brown hair with no glasses. Dave has brown hair and no glasses, Alicia's blond and has glasses. Does that help?

Okay that should help.  One tall and blond guy, one short woman with brown hair.

I'm six feet tall with graying brown hair. I'll wear my black trench coat so I'll be pretty easy to spot.  I also walk with a cane.

My thinking was that the first person in the theater should save as many seats as they can. I was planning to get there fairly early and go right in, for that purpose. We'll be there by 3:45. 

We're up to 7 confirmed so far.
