Some changes in search module

Dear ICA-Atom Members,

We found that search module did not work in Farsi language. We have
investigated for this problem and zend_lucene component. We found that
this problem occurs because lucene index does not compatible with
utf-8, thus we have changed in some files and problem solved.

We suggest use our changes to cover search problem with utf-8
languages.

We'd love to get your utf-8 fix into the Qubit/ICA-AtoM code as soon as
possible. Unfortunately the link you provided doesn't work for us -
