I think this makes a lot of sense, and would like to see this in ICA-AtoM Release 1.2 if possible.
Have you given any thought to how the UI would work? My main concern is that this should be an admin-only feature, and my initial feeling is not to stick it into the ISDIAH template, because it's not part of the institutional data. Specifically, I think we need a mock-up of what this interface would look like, are you willing to take that on?

One option is to have it appear above the edit menu (for all entities with a
permalink) but only as a Symfony template block (e.g. partial) if ACL
permissions = true, typically admin only but customizable via ACL functionality.
