Who's coming to Stoneleigh?

Hi Quantum owners,

I thought I would send this out to see if I can encourage anyone who's undecided about going to the biggest kitcar show of the year.
The committee do a grand job planning for this key weekend.

I'm unable to work on the committee but can I do my bit and send this out to see if we can have a good turnout this year.
If you've not been before there's lots to talk about, to look at; either other Quantums or other kit cars.
There's a good opportunity to buy bits or tools - you know you want to...

We have a 2.5 hr scenic drive to Stoneleigh; I've only been the last 3 years and the numbers are definately dwindling!

My kit took longer for me to complete but I'm so pleased it's been on the road since 2013.

Luke and I will be in our Xtreme for the weekend, staying in a nearby hotel.

Who else can make it?
Please spread the word!

Thank you for the plug and kind words.

The QOC committee do put in quite a bit of work behind the scenes to make
sure the show is the best it can be for our members. We do get quite a bit
of help from members on the Saturday from noon to assist with setting up
the stand and the hospitality in the marquee is well staffed by volunteers
for the majority of the weekend.

If you can't stay and only plan to come on one day make it the Sunday if
you can. Generally this is the best attended day and of course we have our
AGM at 4pm in the marquee, followed by the QOC BBQ which is free to
members. We also have our annual quiz, which we hope will be attended by a
Dutch team. This takes place after the BBQ, usually about 8:30-9:00pm.

I look forward to meeting Mark, Luke and many other members there.

I am planning to attend on the Sunday including staying for the AGM and the BBQ so hopefully the weather will be favourable. Few niggly probs with the car at the moment but fingers crossed will be fixed by then.

Dutch team on pubquiz confirmed and introducing new member!
Always good fun, both QBBQ and quiz. (Although missed it last year due to having a (too ) long chat outside and having to drive to the bnb for 1,5 hrs. This time camp on site!)

Bringing my saloon for first time in 10 years (see Complete KitCar june 2007!) to the show.
Hopefully we'll make it.
