[PySide] Pyside + interactive shell

Hello,

Does anyone know a way to get PySide and the interactive python shell to play together (that is, be able to run python commands from the CLI while the Qt GUI is also running)?  PyQt is able to do this by plugging into python's input hook system, but it seems this is only accessible from the C API. 

Any ideas?

Hi Luke,

This is something which we have already discussed in the past but
never implement, this need to be done in the binding core api (C
side). I think the best way is report a but about that, then in future
sprints we can get this implemented. Or you can try implement this by
yourself, a patch for this is welcome ;).
