PSI Probe 2.2.2 released

We've released the next version of PSI Probe: 2.2.2.

- This version fixes a regression introduced in 2.2.0.  Log files for root contexts could not be viewed.  Thanks to dieter.rehbein for finding the root of the problem and proposing a solution.

- It also fixes an issue that has existed since Lambda Probe 1.7b.  Redeploying the root context was not possible before, but it is now.

- If you are using JRockit or the IBM JDK, you will be able to view the Memory graphs.

- Finally, if you can't deploy because your webapps directory and java.io.tmpdir are on different file systems, you will be able to deploy with the new version.
