PlotKit 0.9 Preview

PlotKit 0.9 is very close to release. There are some exciting new things:
* Fixed some redraw issues with clear()
* Replaced IECanvas.HTC with ExplorerCanvas
* Added auto import and packed versions just like MochiKit.
* Added horizontal bar chart rendering mode.
* Added awareness of prototype.js and workaround Array/Object
mutilation issues with MochiKit.
* EasyPlot that shrinks chart construction and rendering into a single line.
You can see it in action on the tests that are on the site, or check
out the code from SVN and see for yourself.

Also all the other tests are using excanvas.js rather than the
IECanvas.htc. If they're not, then let me know.

If anyone can let me know if things are broken or missing before I
finalise the release, that would be great. Other things I still need
to do is update all the documentation and some more testing with
PlotKit_Packed.js. I plan to do a release some time this week.
