Purpose: Cut a VMAT Beam into various static beams

To put it to work:
-Copy the "ARC-TO-STATIC" paste in /usr/local/PinnacleSiteData/clinical/Scripts/Tools.
-Select the VMAT beam you want to segment
-Launch START-ARC-TO-STATIC.Script

The script will create a prescription with the current beam MU and then create all segments as static beams.
