Keyboard Shortcuts and a hypothetical Chrome extension

What keyboard shortcuts would you like to see in a Chrome extension?

My main desire is to be able to create a new bookmark without using
the mouse. I miss being able to hit ⌘+1-9 in Safari to use a bookmark
bar link.

Also, what other spiffy things should an "official" extension do?

Possible Spiffy Features:

Suggest Tags
What about suggesting tags based upon meta-data or data in the site
you are bookmarking?

Let's say I bookmark lots of scala realted sites. If the title of the
site mentions 'scala' then in all likelyhood I want to add that tag to
the page.

So in other words do some analysis of my popular tags and the content
of the site and make an educated guess for the end user.

Status of page
If I am on a page that is already bookmarked it would be nice to show
the tags for it somehow.
