[perl #40696] [CAGE] t/doc/pod.t should report filenames upon failure, like coding standard tests do

t/doc/pod.t currently gives cryptic info upon failure (test numbers,
rather than filenames.) instead, this should be one test, and should
report filenames upon failure, like the coding standard tests do.
