The IMCC operating in .pir->.pbc mode has a special feature of
running arbitrary Parrot code
inside the PBC emitter, via an :immediate annotation on subroutines.
It is currently the
idiom for loading dynamic lexical pads, but its semantics is
undocumented. Takers?
