[perl #41287] [PATCH] fix 0.4.8 announcement on parrotcode.org

The attached patch fixes some typos in the release announcement for
0.4.8 on the main page of parrotcode.org.

(particle and I will have commit access to the parrotcode.org repository
soon. Thanks to coke for handling these patches in the meantime.)

Fixed. Glad to hear we've more committers coming soon, just so I'm
not a bottleneck. Sorry about the typo. I blame Jerry for not double
