I used to add POI on OSMAnd to mark housenumbers while walking down the streets. Once back at home, I use them as reference to map them on JOSM.
Since last version, OSMAnd no longer shows on the map POIs I add with OSMAnd. In this situation is impossible to me to see where are the POI I added. Developers replied that this is a "new feature". I don't agree at all and this heavly damages the work I am doing for housenumbers. Moreover, what is the point of having the possibility of adding POI if I cannot see them???????
Please restore the personal POI view

Do you use "Create POI" or "Open OSM bug"?

If you use "Create POI":
Is "Settings -> OSM editing -> Offline editing" enabled or diabled?

Do you see some entries at "Settings -> OSM editing -> Locally saved OSM POIs/Bugs"?

Regards,
Max

If you have entries there, then they've not yet been uploaded to OpenStreetMap. At bottom of screen, while online, press the upload button to put them onto OpenStreetMap.

Also....un-tick "offline editing" if you want to upload your newly added POI's immediately. Otherwise you'll have to go into settings and upload them manually each time, as has happened with your POI's. That's as far as I understand it anyway.

As I already wrote:

I strictly only use JOSM to make modifications to the map. And to add housenumbers correctly on JOSM, I look at my smartphone screen to see where I putted OSMAnd POIs.

Adding favourites as points of reference is an alternative if you don't upload poi's via OsmAnd.

Coming to original question, that functionality was removed because it was buggy and inconsistent. You still can overview all offline changes on the screen and export them to edit later in JOSM, but you can't see them on the map.

You also can use "Add as waypoint to GPX", so later you can see points in JOSM from GPX file.
