Traffic calming used in route calculation?

Are traffic_calming=* nodes or ways currently used in the route calculation? They would impose a penalty on a route, of course.
I'm asking because I was routed via a road with some annoying speedbumps. They were not mapped in OSM yet.

Yes, they are included in calculation.
