Hi,

The included libbb copy is very old[1] and buggy, any volunteers for
updating it?

regards,

Koen

[1] Well, I was there when pigi updated it, but in software years,
it's still ancient ;)

Hi,
I found the performance of the "extract" function on the opkg is so
pool, maybe the so old libbb is the reason.
Looking forward to your patches.
Thanks.

I looked into this and it's not a straightforward as expected, busybox
has changed a lot, including the way functions are called and
declared. At this point I think it would be less work to convert opkg
into a busybox applet so it's always up to date with libbb. Any
volunteers for that?

regards,

Koen
