Similar apps got approved last week

Hello
There is check for similarity now on orkut platform.
However, there are many similar apps got approved, while good apps got
rejected (for "similarity" because authored by the same dev).
Similar apps which got approved on orkut just recently:

3) http://www.orkut.com/Main#Application.aspx?appId=126329716526
It is obvious that the 1st one is the original, 2 others are just copy-
paste.
Please take some action.
