apps are getting approval time to time beacuse there is some issue with apps approval system. So its no all time up. Try to resubmit app as most time its getting approved at the week ends!
This is just from my experience!!

Hi Prashant,
I have resubmit my apps like 5 or 6 times, but nothing happened.
I use new orkut, old orkut and nothing.
