Hi Everyone.

Recently, I've noticed a number of new threads that describe a
specific issue with an application without providing the location of
the app. While the orkut developer community is happy to help identify
and debug any development issues you run into, it's often quite
difficult to do so without being able to see the issues ourselves.

If you are having development-related difficulties with an
application, please provide its URL and a set of steps that can be
followed to reproduce the issue. If you're problem is limited to a
particular function call within the app, please provide this also,
along with the environment (sandbox, prod sandbox, or production) that
the problem is occurring in.

Likewise, if you are experiencing difficulties with a particular
OpenSocial function (e.g. makeRequest or requestSendMessage), please
provide a complete code snippet that I can test in the OpenSocial Dev
App. A textual description helps but is not usually sufficient for
identifying coding errors or false assumptions.

If you're looking to get answers as soon as possible, this is the best
way to start. Thanks.
