Hello Openscales Community

I am using Bing Layer on my application for aerial and road views. 

Is there any licensing with Bing map that I should be aware of?

Also do I have to get new keys from Bing or I can use the one provided in Openscales?

you should not use THIS key. It was a key offered to openscales for demo purpose!

If you need one, please refer to: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd877180.aspx

We've been alerted once for detected abuses, please consider this unless the key might be invalidated!

I understand that I need to use my own key,

but the concern that I have now is that how to get an enterprise key.

I am not using Bing maps API, but openscale where I just need a key to display aerial images.

How should I proceed?

Hi guys. This link (http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Bing) talks about Bing licensing via OSM, but I don't quite understand if it is legal or not to use it, or how it is used. Does anyone have an idea about this?. Is it legal to use OpenScales' Bing control (with a proper key) in a commercial application?
