getting room already deleted message even though room still exists

i am getting the following message when i try to enter one room
through soap login
"There is no such room available. The event in the calendar and
connected room is already deleted!"
when i try the second time to access the same room, i can access
without any error
is this a bug?

From the description it is not that clear to me how to reproduce this.
So I cannot say if its a Bug or some kind of logical thing.
