[ANN] NSubstitute 0.9.0 Beta 1 release

The NSubstitute 0.9.0 Beta 1 release is now available on GitHub.

The change in version to 0.9 and Beta tag are to indicate that the API is stable and is close to version 1 release.

The main changes were updating to Castle.Core 2.5 Final, and a fix for handling params arguments.
