At this time, specific draft and rule version specifications are not
supported (e.g., {Draft 2.2}), but I plan to add it... right now, the
latest version is always displayed if you leave the version number
off. Also note that just including a link like http://nomicron.org
will also show as a link and will include both a regular link with the
text and a small button-like link next to it to open into a new window
(or tab depending on your browser configuration). In prior rounds, to
achieve this effect, you needed to construct your own <a> tag.
