Press 1 Functionality

Great Product, guys...Really nice....

I have one question, and I may just be overlooking it, but does this
product have a "press 1" functionality to be transferred to an outside
number?

In other words, a list is called, audio is listened to, and then the
listener has the option of pressing a digit to be transferred to an
agent.

Can someone give me a hand with this?

There is no IVR builder at the moment in Newfies-Dialer so you cannot give the end-users an easy way to do it themselves.

So if you want to accomplish this, you will have to create the IVR (http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Demo-ivr.xml) application into Freeswitch and use the dial loopback (http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Loopback) to call this context/extension from Newfies with the Dial command.
