Clock from Bad Nixie arrived yesterday. Took a while to unwrap! Put
tubes in. Two hours off! No instant gratification. Read the
instructions and reset to CDST. Looks great. Spent an hour playing with
the options. Priceless. Thanks for a great project. BTW:My tubes came
from Meshna years ago and were supposedly from the NYSE. Nice to have a
bit of history on my shelf.

Awesome clock, I got mine yesterday; set it up and can't stop playing
with and staring at it.

Great job, by Michael and Carl

Sounds like Nixie porn to me.

Congrats.  I will finish assembling one tomorrow.   Getting an assembled kit was well worth the price, but at the lack of the feel good of doing it.   Makes me fee like I got something done, but at the price of a lot of time.  I can't immagine how Mike and Carl were able to get so many done.   probably child labor. :)

The tubes most likely did not come from NYSE, since the Lectrascan
systems with 7971s were used in remote displays in other places than the
NYSE. A bit of misinformation that has propagated through history over
the last 40 years.
