About Club Resgistration

Dear all,
 
We Neplease student are going to register at Union House as Club with the help of other students. In the case of our resistration as club we will get support from Union House for our charity program. For the registration we need the members list and signature. I have registration form and collecting signature. I would like to request you all to see me and sign as member. I will be at university whole monday and tuesday evening. I am happy to discuss about meeting on phone too.
 
Your help will be much appreciated if you could meet me comming monday or tuesday.
