As a former team member of the OMTP BONDI activities i wish you luck. There
is still room for a good WebAPI.
Lots of new use cases are popping up all the time.
Cheers

+1,
there are whole CG that are about to work with new API's -
http://www.w3.org/community/ar/
I have posted to dev-planning
- https://groups.google.com/group/mozilla.dev.planning/browse_thread/thread/845c203c393c1471#
;
please - describe Mozilla WebAPI team's position on that topic topic.
At least - confirm that this WebAPI team
is working closely with https://wiki.mozilla.org/B2G team and W3C AR
CG could be sure that first changes and testing would
be in B2G,
by that - we could evaluate Mozilla's B2G platform for a reference
W3C AR-view implementation.
So far - i am the only one, who are proposing the work with Mozilla,
so - WebAPI team and Mozilla Community contribution/participation
is Welcome on http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-ar/ ..at least.
