we, the Sunbird/Lightning developers, would really like to get some
feedback regarding the localization process for our latest release 0.3.
Therefore we'd like you to give us some feedback on what went well and
what went wrong in your opinion and where we could improve our process,
our communication with localizers or other things that you would like
to mention.
There's one thing that you don't need to mention, since we also felt the
pain and this was the hassle with releasing from trunk/Mozilla 1.8
branch/
Sunbird 0.3 branch. We're well aware that this was far from optimal and
we'll try not to repeat this in the future.
Other than that, feel free to mention everything that you think
necessary.

It would be nice to have builds before freezing the code. We have a
problem with the danish translation of the installer for Sunbird, but we
didn't se a build of that until it was too late.

Yes. If l10n nightlies aren't possible due to resource, it'd be nice
to have at least some localized RCs for each release...
