Making it clear how to implement sign out

Maybe our instructions don't make it clear enough that you probably
want to set a cookie and implement logout by removing the cookie. If
we go ahead and implement the proposal to advise the site on session
length we'll have to go into more detail, but it might make sense to
point it out even now.

The new myfavoritebeer.org will probably also help. Does it explicitly
implement sign out?
