Change in the determination of redirects for the "Most Visited" places query in Fx6

Here's a scenario:

Page A either redirects to B or not.

In Fx5, if A redirects to B at least once, it gets permanently excluded from
"most visited"

that's obviously not correct behavior.

In Fx6, there's been a change but it doesn't seem correct either:

If A doesn't redirect to B at least once, all prior redirected visits to B
start counting towards A and it appears in the "most visited" ahead of B.

What should happen: for the purposes of the query, A's visit count should
include only those visits when A did not redirect to B
