autosave for referenced_in

Hey Durran,

since rc1 there is the ability to accept nested attributes for
referenced_in associations.
Is there a reason why the autosave option is not available?

I created a simple fix.

(I created a new model Ghost for the specs. I used Agent first but you
removed all :create callbacks in
https://github.com/mongoid/mongoid/blob/master/spec/functional/mongoid/persistence/insert_spec.rb#L11).

I also created a pull request for that.
