MongoDB 2.2.2 is Released

MongoDB 2.2.2 has been released.

This version fixes a few issues in 2.2.1 and is a recommended upgrade for all users.

Notable Changes:

* Fix for upgrading replica set secondaries to 2.2.1 from a prior version of MongoDB

* Improved performance and reliability flushing to data files for Windows users on Azure

* The top command was recording commands as queries

* Add a top level option in replica sets to disable chaining
