MobileGAF Beta Release 1

If you're reading this e-mail and have previously sent me your UUID,
then your device should be able to run MobileGAF and that the current
build should work fine. Here are some instructions on installing the app.
Prepare for this to be a little awkward and counter-intuitive.
The build zip is out at the Google Group page (direct URL:
http://tinyurl.com/pe9mo2 ) and contains two files:
-MobileGAF_Profile.mobileprovision
-MobileGAF.app
(Also, Windows users, bear in mind I've never done this on Windows, so
you can reference this if it helps:

1. Install the Mobile Provisioning file to iTunes.
a. On OS X, this means opening iTunes, then drag-dropping the
MobileGAF_Profile.mobileprovision file over iTunes dock icon; this
quietly copies it there (and onto your device) during subsequent
sycns.
b. On Windows, this means opening iTunes, then drag-dropping the
mobileprovision file over the Library->Applications area of the
library sidebar.
2. Drag-drop MobileGAF.app into your iTunes library just like you
would any one-off media file.
3. Configure the app to sync to the device, and then have at it!
Please bear in mind all the usual caveats. Yes, this is very early.
Yes, there's a long way to go. I dare you to provide reasonable,
actionable feedback via Twitter or the Google group and I'll do my
best to address everyone's thoughts. Please note that for this build I
had to rip out half a dozen in-progress features, so:
-If you see a useless toolbar, ignore it.
-MobileGAF has a brand new settings prefpane as well, but only a
couple of the properties are actually wired into the code so far (I
think max image size and avatar loading, feel free to play with that).
