The guy doing it is an ex-con, who calls himself "God" and runs a
combination porn/prophecies web site from Philadelphia, but he lives
in New Jersey. Some of you know who I"m talking about. but please
don't even think of mentioning his name here or we will never get rid
of him.
Just as clue to this piece of work - he's been in and out of a mental
clinic many times in eastern Pennsylvania for drug abuse therapy, etc.
He's a very twisted person. Be careful, because he turns nasty very
quckly and has succeeded in getting ISP's to dump some people that he
gets pissed off at, and often resorts to an email spam attack that is
very unpleasant if he gets your address.
Good luck, and it's just too bad we have losers like this showing up
in this group of some pretty terrific people (yes, you're OK too

Gunner, while I agree wholeheartedly that you should pursue legal avenues, I
wouldn't do *this* - this is against the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use
Policy of most reputable ISP's. I can't find the TOS or AUP of your ISP, but
I'm sure you can find it, and it might be worth your time to make sure
you're not in breach of your contract with your service provider, while
slapping down this yutz for being in breach of *his* contract with *his*
service provider (and other crimes).
