He's been doing it for years in all kinds of groups. He's been asked to
stop many times, usually resulting in him going of the deep end and
harrassing anyone who questions him.
He'll call your employer if he finds any personal information about
you, it's a favorite tactic of his. He'll stalk anyone who complains
about him and then he'll contact their ISP if they fight back.

He feels the rules do not apply to him. I'm not kidding.

His ebay ID is "66fourdoor". Was temporarily suspended this summer but
is up again. Has been reported many times and is close to being shut
down again. Already has Ebay ID "quad-dubber" waiting to go when he
gets booted off.
His former ebay ID was "coolsitesandsounds" until he got shut down for
fraud.

Allow me to expose this fraudster.
His name is Charlie Nudo of Drums, PA. He is a well known liar and
cheat, perpetrating various eBay scams for years.
The material is probably copyrighted, but that won't stop "Chuckie
Noodles!" He got one account tossed off of eBay for making bogus
copies of a cult movie, saying there was no copyright. Ebay obviously
didn't see it that way.
He used to spam a lot worse, until a cadre of people sick of his crap
started complaining to eBay and his ISP about his constant spamming.
He doesn't believe those Terms of Service apply to him.
His eBay is 66fourdoor. AVOID ALL 66FOURDOOR AUCTIONS! This guy
"buys" good feedback from disgruntled buyers, and then tries to lie
about his good reputation.

You can order these manuals direct from Toro for $7.95, not the $24.95
this scammer is charging for a copy he made on a copy machine. Toro
owns the rights to Gilson and still carries the manuals. Call them at
1-800-348-2424

My local small engine/implement dealer confirmed this, thus making
these Xerox copies a fraud and an infringment of copyright. Click on
his auctions while copying the auction number, click on "Security
Center" at the bottom of the page, and report them both as frauds using
their Java menu system.
Charlie Nudo needs to be taught a lesson.
