You have a university degree of two years or more at the bachelor's
level and at least 14 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study. 20
It seems to me it could be 22, because 4yr college is more than 3 yrs, but
on the other hand, univesity of 2 or more years include the 4 yr college.
the total years of education after college is 4+6+6=16

That rather annoyed me, that they were discounting the fact that in the US
(at least) a bachelor's degree is a four-year degree (which many people,
myself included, still cannot achieve in only four years). It seemed to be
selling short the extra year of work we apparently have to do versus
Canadians (for which I think we should get credit) by equating "bachelor's"
with "bachelor's". Feh.
